I made an online bank transfer on the 1st Nov 2021 to my account with
Fido.I checked my payment statement,Fido does not show credit to my
account of the amountsurely Fido should open up a support email line for
complaint to be lodged.
Live Chat tells me that I am contacting them outside business hours .I
thought they are available 24/7 ?anyway I needed a support email address
or a secure messaging to tell them that I made an online Banktransfer in
1st Nov 2021 but uo till the 5th ...
I got through at last to customer service. I cannot understand how & why
PcFinancial Mastercard declined authorization for a payment of $100 when
the unused credit limit is over $20,000? I have asked PcFinancial to
give me an explanation.
