I made an online bank transfer on the 1st Nov 2021 to my account with Fido.I checked my payment statement,Fido does not show credit to my account of the amountsurely Fido should open up a support email line for complaint to be lodged.
I have trouble changing my prepaid credit card on my account. I do not see any mean where I can cancell a previous credit card & replace it by a new one?
