maybe you did not see the picture. it does say starting "sept 26 2020", my first promo ends at sept 27 2020. i try to believe that fido would do the job correctly. but it seens to be not the case. if i knew this would happen i wouldve just canceled ...
another thing is, when i go into my account on fido -> usage and services -> internet . as you can see nothing is show up, so im assuming its not activated or something
day 3 after getting the internet. and its still not working. ps: oh yea did i mention there is partial charges from the day i got the modem +7 days. ex. sept 26 - oct 3. yikes
