I'm currently getting about 10 Mbps but sometimes it gets as fast as 80 Mbps. It's pretty terrible. I can't watch Netflix in my living room. I watch the red circle load more than anything I want to watch.
I have the exact same issue. I was told by one person at tech support to exchange my modem at a Fido location. I get there and they inform me they no longer stock modems and that I have to contact customer support. I chat with customer support again ...
