Same experience here. Wasted hours each day after my upgrade calling and going to stores but then was told that I didn't qualify despite a new online hardware upgrade. Left a very sour taste in my mouth.

Sadly, they refuse to solve these problems and allow stores to point to customer service and customer service points back to the store. This promotion really left a sour taste in my mouth because it was promised and the onus to get the deal was left...

Same experience here. Called and chatted with multiple support people about this during the Black Friday promotions and nobody would assist. It appears the entire promotion was phantom stock, which was very misleading.
