Fido

Been now on the phone for another hour waiting for someone to answer and yet no answer once again. Still haven't received my gift card and the guy I spoke a few days ago told me if I called customer service they would send it out again within 3 days?...

Been on the phone with fido to speak to a customer representative for over an hour an a half. Why is it so hard to speak to someone regarding my issue.
