Fido Text Msg is not working with some numbers

I have 2 numbers in the account. One of them is working fine while the other is not working with text. Sending msg received "Failed to send Msg".Anyone knows what's wrong is that?

Your info is helpful and I have fixed the issue. The setting of phone has been changed in recent update that caused that issue. Thank you so much.
