just received my replacement device , but it’s locked can not use any other SIM card , how do I get it unlock, I have no access to phone can’t call customer service.! Please help.!!
can anbody have an idea how to activate a simcard, i don't have the old sim card number can anybody please help me to activate new sim asasp..!!

Hey @FidoPhilippemine is same situation as @mark2000 bought new phone and swithced sim and have premium device protection added to my account, now the problem here is when i go to http://fido.ca/servicerequest and try to look up about my plan by putt...
