I'm having similar issues. I ended up adding two top ups, and after repeated attempts to remove them as described via text, it tells me there isn't any there and it's still on my bill. I'd like this removed before my next bill and can't get it done...

I got the delivery notice early this morning. UPS currently has my package, but I'm waiting for them to drop it off at a local UPS store so I can pick it up, since they required a signature. A bit inconvenient, but at least it's there.
