I was able to access the prize portal, but the problem was when I went back to the tile of the contest. When I tapped on the contest it didn't reload to show me the code, it got stuck in a kind of loop sending me back to the prize portal every time. ...

Hi Saad The version of the Fido app that I have on my Google Pixel 3 is 4.8.0.104 which was updated on June 24th 2020. I don't see any activity under the history tab in the Fido Xtra section of the app.
