When you subscribe to call display from the phone company you get the name and number of the person calling on your display, for one price.This is an obvious money grab gouge that customers do not appreciate!

When you add number to the call reject list the caller should be automatically disconnected.

After being on hold for 5 minutes you should be able to leave a message with your number for a call back.I've been through this before, and it has been suggested many times. Iit would save a lot of frustration.
