I received a call from 833-447-6665 for selling $29/40GB offer, is this a scam call? The caller asked for credit card information.

Credits Refund

I have canceled the service on Dec 21 2023. There was a credit $24.17 in my account balance. I was told the refund cheque was issued on Jan 18 but I didn't receive any cheque from Fido till Feb today
