Don't use The Ideal Choice from Mastercard!!! It will not work with Fido, having a nightmare calling Fido, then Mastercard, then Fido then Mastercard over and over, Then latest CSR blaming me, getting off now, I was only told to not buy the "Vanilla"...
I was having trouble around March 1st, ppl could hear me but I couldnt hear them or they couldnt hear me and I couldnt hear them, seems to be fine now, it was a shoot that day
I didnt get a new phone but they replaced the screen again, so far so good. Wonder if Fido has a lemon law for phones that require repairs of the same problem over and over or at least help customers get one?
I have the same problem with the Motorola RAZR screen going black... again!!!! Just got it back a month ago... sigh hopefully they give me a new phone... frustrating!!!!!
