My voice mail hangs up/drops as soon as it begins to ring when I call to retrieve messages. What is causing this, and how do I fix it.

The Fido Chat support gave me instructions on how to enter a new voice mail number onto my phone. (don't know why the old one didn't work). This solved the problem
