1 year later still there is not a solution to this problem. Modem manufacturer has an app to manage it but is capped by fido. Managing the parental controls thru the modems IP is inconvenient, as a dad that manages all internet related stuff at hom...
Does Fido still don't have an app to manage the modem??? If that is the case why it doesn't allow to use the manufacturers app? First post about this problem is 5 years old, still not solved.
