I'm can't call number (431)478-xxxx from my Fido phone. I always get error message "Unfortunately we cannot complete your call as dialed." Tried from another carrier and the call was successful.

Thanks! It's a Canada wide plan with unlimited minutes. It doesn't look like my phone supports VoLTE, sorry.
