Hello everyone, I just checked my Fido bill and noticed a $12 charge for roaming outside of Canada. The thing is, I haven't stepped foot in the states at all. Has anyone else experienced this? Any advice on how to get this resolved? Thanks!

Quite absurd the more I think about it. Say this was an error where a cell tower bounced off my phone in the States and thus changed me if that's the case I might have to seek the CRTC. but hopefully, they could reimburse me
