Hi guys.Resolved this myself so want to share if it helps others.Check the ethernet cables you are using - connect directly from your PC to the modem and do your test;Check your router if you are using the Fido modem in bridge mod...

Hi @KAPABLE-K Thanks for your suggestion.I only have the one coax cable going to my modem.No splitters.
