Fido

From what I see online, Fido uses LTE bands 4, 7 and 17.  I'm wondering are all 3 bands used concurrently across the network?  Or is it dependent on the tower?  i.e. one tower spits out band 4, and another band 7.  I have a phone that has bands 4 and...
