Hello FidoNickIt has been done as i stated. And for the updated i got a hold of a manager in fedex and resolve the issue. The change order(address change) wasnt sent out to the location the package was sitting.
I have the same issue and I ordered the phone from nov 26 and Fido sent a change request the next day to the fedex. Fast track my phone is still stuck at fedex and it's been 4 days just sitting at there facility. Trying to talk to Fido rep and fedex ...
