How do you turn off text to voice on an android Samsung Galaxy S5?     ***Edited to add labels***  

If you get an Nexus S phone with the current Gingerbread OS will you be able to upgrade the OS to the new Ice Cream Sandwich OS expected later this year. Apparently this OS is a blend of tablet and phone OS's.     ***Edited to add labels***
