Did you need to activate RCS on your phone or did it automatically work when sending a message to another RCS user? 

I can't seem to get RCS enabled on my phone. I have a Nokia 7 plus running Android 8.1. I have confirmed with Nokia that the phone does support RCS, but I've never received the popup when accessing Android Messages.   I went to the Fido store the oth...
