Yes I have a prepaid account so it doesnt give me the option to do it online as i got a new phone and have to.switch from the old sim to the new sim due to new size.

Could I also get someone to pm me to help with new sim activation as I also cant do it online to switch from my old sim to my new sim. Thanks
