This is not helpful. What else can we do. This is the second time this had happened. It was a simple fix, I cannot remember what we did to fix it.  Whatever it was, post it here so we can just move along.

App opens. Dog stares at me. That's all I get.Os and app are reinstalled and updated.Android s20. I can't use my features. This is getting old.
