Fido bill exceed $688 and my 1000 free minutes were not counted.

Hi, I have 1000 minutes free but those were not counted and I got a $688 fido bill. This is not acceptable and need you to correct it ASAP.

I am being charged $688 which is a cheating . Even if 1000 min plan expired- u should be logical ..
