I have an add-on which I'd like to remove:1000 Long Distance Minutes - $5 per month. I've tried removing it by calling 6-1-1 but it doesn't have an option, I've tried removing it on the app but there's no option, I've tried removing it on the website...

It says under my bill:Its the 1000 Long Distance Mins I'd like to remove but I've tried AskJack and it just says it's out of office hours. Is there nothing that can be done to remove this tonight?
