In PM, I am getting assurances that it will be available within 2-3weeks. I am waiting for it since October 26. Every week I am contacting Fido, getting same answer it will be shiped within 2-3week. But that 2-3week never came for me since October 26...

Same here I ordered iPad air 4 on October 26. now it is more than one month but there is no update in the status. it's really frustrated. I followed up almost everyday with them but they don't care.
