Noticed this for myself and my MIL. Anyone else having the same issue? I'm on iOS.

@FidoStephane here is the error each account receives. I have not reinstalled but will try. It's happening on three iOS 14.8 devices, though. Third day so far.

Any updates? "We're currently investigating this." is not a solution.

I believe it's a system issue. Email ticketing.support@rci.rogers.com to add a ticket. That's what I did.
