Fido My Account Android App Technical Problem

When I open the Fido My Account app and give it my phone number, I am told "Sorry, Having some technical issues. Try again later."

Also, I've noticed that two "numbers" show up when I log into Fido online. One appears to not be a phone number (or at least not a local one).

Yes, I've also tried with LTE/3G/WiFi with the same error. The only thing I can think that might cause this from my side is that I ported my number to Fido so maybe somewhere in the Fido system my number isn't a Fido number?
