Fido

I have a question.    I currently own a Samsung S7 that is locked to Fido. I remember seeing a news back in June: http://www.cbc.ca/news/business/crtc-wireless-code-cellphone-1.4161711 that CRTC has banned cellphone locking fees.    I'll be travellin...
