Resolved! Fido phones are not working past 5 days!

Can't make or receive calls/texts on the Fido home and cell phones since Friday Sept. 1st '23; Jack said there's a issue in our area, N0L 2P0.What is the problem and when can we get our services back? The cell phone screen says: 911 emergency only.
