I saw the battery drain just right after the update so I don't suspect it's a battery issue (like getting old).And I looked to flash with an WP8 GDR3 rom but I couldn't find one from Rogers and I wouldn't take the risk to flash with a different one.

Camera is an issue for me, too but I don't take that many pictures with my phone. I saw that if I flip between lenses or front/back camera it gets stuck, black screen and that's it. Not even a camera reset from Setting would help, just a phone reboot...
