Since I've updated my Nexus 4 to Kitkat (4.4 KRT16S), I can no longer use the Portable Wi-Fi hotspot feature.  I had no issues with the feature when I was on 4.3 (I have a 6 GB monthly data plan).   Is anyone else having issues since updating?     **...
