This phone finally arrived while i was on vacation, I started using it when I got back and really liked it but it would always randomly restart itself. I thought it was doing some updates or something at first but it still does it and the battery bar...

both of my local stores say they have never recieved any stock and online is now showing out of stock... the phone i tried to get from customer service says back ordered.... Whats the deal here? Are any coming in anywhere before christmas? Will store...
