I just went into the office at Coquitlam center in BC and I'm still getting the runaround When I signed up for the two-year plan I was specifically told there would be $150 credit going on to my account in two to three months a year and a half later ...
I was also promised that deal $150 credit when I phoned in to find out what was happening with it there was no record now I'm going to have to go in and talk to the person inside the mall where I got the phone.
