i recently upgraded my phone and paid outright for it. not added to my bill. what is the device balance that is showing mean? thanks

Ya, I'm not thrilled with that either. They used to have fido dollars too, and ended that as well. I've been with Fido since 2003 and now there's not much incentive to stay.
