Negative balance after down payment

Hi thereI recently upgraded to the S24 and did a down payment of 268.80$ but when I open my fido app it has that amount in the negative I have received a conformation email thanking me for my credit card payment so I'm just confused what this negativ...

Paid my phone bill but is due tomorrow and haven’t received confirmation

Hi thereI paid my phone bill a few days ago and the bill is due tomorrow. I haven't received a conformation email yet and I'm worrying I'll be charged for not paying my bill in time even though I have.
