Still waiting for phone order after two weeks

i ordered a new iphone 2 weeks ago and I haven't received it yet. How many days are sensible to wait?

I also ordered an IPhone that is now backordered after canceling an iphone 14 plus that was also backordered from December 8th .. I called in an asked an agent what they had in Inventory and ended up ordering an iphone 15 pro max and now it's backordered.. this is frustrating .. why don't you guys update your website to reflect what you have in stock?

This was supposed to be a Christmas present for my wife .. looks like that's not going to happen.

The devices you ordered quite popular especially around this time of the year. That said, we appreciate your feedback.

You can also try getting one from a Fido store directly if they have it in their inventory. Is this an option for you?
