Instructions for call forwarding?

Does Fido have a set of instructions anywhere for using conditional call forwarding?

I have tried  on my home phone sets ZTE did not work, 

Is it just for cell phones or for all fido services?

CCF ( conditional call forwarding ) does not work if you have voicemail you will only be able to do unconditonal call fowarding.

If you wish to do CCF and you dont have Voicemail

If out of reach

Activate

*62*[10 digits]#

Deactivate completely

##62#

If no reply

Activate

*61*[10 digits]#

Deactivate completely

Hi, My phone is not with me and I would like to forward my calls to my partners phone. Do I call fido or dial my own number and enter the code in?

these codes can only be executed on YOUR gsm handset.
