Hi,

 

I just ported too FIDO from Freedom and already expereincing issues with support.

Just wanted to cancel my temporary phone number account, as it is showing as a separated line within my account. Do not want to get charged twice.

Howvere,unable to connect to live chat and it says cant place in a queue.

 

Please Help
