Unfortunately, I'm not sure if that order will ever be fulfilled. The availability of used devices is not as stable as new current models. Even the availability of new Galaxy S23's would be limted as they were recently discontinued (see here). Any sales would have been for existing stock of those devices. If there does not appear to be any remaining devices, I'm doubtful they will be able to obtain more of those devices.
If they can source those devices, they will be able to fulfill those orders. However, since they are used devices, I think the likelihood of them being able to source them is slim since it is dependent on customers returning or trading-in that particular device. Unfortunately, I don't think anyone will be able to offer any timeline given the reduced availability of that device.
