Hi @Elynnlawson , sorry your messages aren't getting received. What kind of device do you have? Did if android, did you try using a different messaging app? I use the Google messenger app as the Samsung built in on my device was causing issues like that at one time. I now like the Google app better. You may have to check if rcs is turned on or off, or change your settings to mms or sms only. If you have an apple device, then I'm hoping someone with an iPhone will chime in for you.
