How can Fido add extra charges with out my permission to my monthly pay bill?

Fido added extra accessories charges into my pay bill. The accessories (Airpods) were purchased with $120 Fido credits as part of their black friday promotion, that's also the reason I decided to switch to Fido. But all in a sudden, Fido regreted the $120 credit and added this into my monthly pay. I noticed this quite late-I thought I could trust Fido, so even I was aware the increase of the monthly pay, I didn't really look into it.

-How can Fido add extra charges (not included in the signed service agreement) without my permission into my monthly auto pay? 

- I just talked to a specialist via live chat. Fido added extra pay to my monthly bill without my permission. The specialist was very nice to help me. But he couldn't solve the issue. He told me it has nothing to do with them. I need to check with the Store manager where I got my airpod - If it's the store who is charging me, then for sure, I can go to talk to them. But it's now Fido who has charged me and is continuing charging me this. But I have to talk to somebody else but not Fido??

 

What made it scary is how Fido can add extra charges not included in the service agreement into my monthly bill. This can be a legal concern. I asked the specialist if there was a way I could escalate this case. The answer was I needed to escalate this with the store manager.

I'm sad to learn that not everything was made clear at the time of the activation. Have you further reached out to find a solution with this? 

 

Also, what appears to be the reason of the $120 charge you're referring to?
