Fido winback offer not found on my account.

Fido Win back offered me $29/month for 50gb data. I was previously a fido user then transferred virgin plus but when winback called me ask why i switched i told them why, then they gave me an offer of paying 29 a month for 50gb data. I accepted it and discussed how to get the offer. I asked if they can retain my phone number fromm virgin they said yes, then they ask for my identification and credit card number i gave it to them. After everything is done they told me that i would get the sim 2-3 days but didnt get it and told me my account is activated on there end but when i checked it no offer was found. Same case with my father.

Forgot to mention i havent also reveived the sim card which they say it will be delivered to my home by 2-3days. I was waiting for like 2 weeks now.
