Fido reports your current bill as delinquent with the credit bureau. They do this in anticipation of delinquency but for those accounts that don't actually go delinquent your credit takes a hit EVERY month. Such a sneaky sleezy thing to do.

Hello "Fido Anthony"

 

I have talked to the credit department, they helped me understand what is going on. Funny enough, they just apologized....,

 

do your due diligence. Sleezy tactics, are just not the best business practice. It's 2024, we as customers want transparency. 

Fido will hurt your credit, if not destroy it.
