In Feb 2022, I purchased this phone through Fido's Phone Sales. I have had nothing but problems with it from day one. It is very slow to respond to my requests and is constantly shutting down and sending me back to Lock Screen. I rarely get to answer a phone call before it is send to voicemail. 

Does anyone else have similar problems or suggestions as to how to solve my problems? Do I just buy a new phone? Help!!

Hello @Kjazz,

 

Sorry to hear you are having problems with the device, the device is not the best specs-wise to begin with so it will be slower. 

 

You can try doing a factory reset and see if it helps if not you can contact Samsung and make a warranty claim and have them look at the device.
