copy of transcript of call with Fido for data plan

Hi,

I called Fido customer service on August 16 and August 18 to discuss their offer in one of my fido numbers to be extended to my other numbers registered in my account. I would like to get a copy of the transcript of what was discussed with me by the call agents. 

How can a get a copy of the detailed transcript of calls and discussions with the call agents?

Hi @ART23 , the best way to request a copy of the transcript of your conversation would be to contact customer support by calling *611 from your device or contacting fido support through one of the channels mentioned HERE
