No service - account says cancelled

My phone worked fine yesterday, today it has no bars all day and when I log-in to my account on fido it says my account has been cancelled. I never cancelled. This must be some Fido glitch, has this happened to others?

Missing credit after phone order

The website said $35 a month payment promotion credit but when I got the bill it was only $25 a month. I called phone support and they said the back office canceled the extra $10 a month credit without telling me.
