I have changed to the 15$ prepaid plan this morning. From what I know, the plan was supposed to provide me with a 75 Canada-wide minutes and 75 outgoing texts to Canadian, US or international cell phone numbers. However, when I checked my balance, it says I have used up my 75 outgoing texts, and when I checked through the website, it shows a N/A on the text usage summary. Is there an error?
Also, I'm trying to contact the postpaid department to have my previous postpaid plan balance paid but it seems that I have no way of reaching them due to being redirected to the prepaid department every time I called. How should I contact them?

-Where did you charge your plan?
-Is there an error message when you try to call?
Regarding reaching customer service, have you tried calling customer service and requesting to be transferred to the prepaid department. If so, is there anything that happens?
