Poor Response timing

Just had a long hour chat with a chat-representative. Unfortunately, the response time was so poor. For every response I had to send a message and wait for 3 minutes. ( Some portion it is understood agent has to be away for searching more information, but it wasn't the case for all the messages I had). I am going to switch to different network for sure, once I am going to see better offer for better service.

When doing online chat sometimes the agent can be communicating to up to 10 people at the same time, not just Fido but many businesses that offer an online chat option work this way.

I do not agree that many business work this way. Never had this poor experience with other competitors such as Virgin, Bell or Telus. Their response timing is very prompt.
