I changed my sim account from fido to rogers this November but I got a negative bill which was -19.58. I don’t know it shouldn’t be payed I have done payment from credit card.Kindly help me out to refund my money .
If this is your final Fido bill, the negative amount you see should indeed be a refund for the days the service was deactivated.
We refund this automatically a few weeks after the final bill is issued, by sending a cheque to the address on file.
